研究方向：人工智能與機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)驅(qū)動(dòng)的計(jì)算代謝組學(xué)

2014年5月，福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)代謝組學(xué)研究中心（簡(jiǎn)稱代謝中心）成立，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)際頂尖專家擔(dān)任學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)委員，并招募了一批擁有出色學(xué)術(shù)水平的中青年學(xué)者擔(dān)任課題組長(zhǎng)。代謝中心已建立了包括代謝組學(xué)平臺(tái)、細(xì)胞生物平臺(tái)、遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)等先進(jìn)的科研平臺(tái)，為開展高水平的代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制研究提供堅(jiān)實(shí)保障。2015年5月，代謝中心與美國(guó)加州大學(xué)河濱分校共建FAFU-UCR園藝生物學(xué)及代謝組學(xué)聯(lián)合中心。

代謝中心聚焦農(nóng)業(yè)的重要科學(xué)問題，將在模式植物（擬南芥、大豆等）及福建省主要園藝作物（茶葉、草莓、番茄、青梗菜等）中，運(yùn)用代謝組學(xué)和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)等手段開展前沿研究，立志在短期內(nèi)取得一批學(xué)術(shù)成果，并成為具有國(guó)際影響力的高水平研究中心。

一、任職要求

1. 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、計(jì)算生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，并具備至少3年博士后或同等科研經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

2. 以第一/通訊作者在高水平期刊上發(fā)表過代謝組學(xué)或AI生物計(jì)算領(lǐng)域論文。

3. 精通Python/R編程，具備深度學(xué)習(xí)框架實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉代謝組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)格式及分析流程，具備多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)整合經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

About HMDB

Established in 2014, the FAFU Metabolomics Center (HBMC) operates under the guidance of a scientific advisory committee led by Dr. Yang Zhenbiao. The center has assembled a team of young principal investigators renowned for their academic excellence, developed state-of-the-art research platforms, and remains committed to pioneering cutting-edge investigations.

Co-founded in May 2015 by the Institute for Integrative Genome Biology (IIGB) and the Haixia Institute of Science and Technology (HIST), HBMC serves as a joint research hub aimed at fostering deeper scientific collaboration. Core faculty members from both HBMC and IIGB play key roles in this partnership.

HBMC's research focuses on both model plant species (such as Arabidopsis and soybean) and major horticultural crops cultivated in Fujian, including tea, strawberry, tomato, and Chinese cabbage. By integrating metabolomics and cell biology approaches, the center aims to address fundamental biological questions and strives to achieve global recognition in the near future.

Job Requirements

1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral or equivalent research experience.

2. Proven track record of publishing as a first/corresponding author in high-impact journals within the fields of metabolomics or AI-driven computational biology

3. Proficient in Python/R programming, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks; familiar with metabolomics data formats and analysis workflows; experienced in multi-omics data integration.
