一、項(xiàng)目簡介Introduction of Project

01、項(xiàng)目定位

優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

02、申請者條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；

2.出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；

3.具有博士學(xué)位；

4.研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)等；

5.在取得博士學(xué)位后至2025年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

6.取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?

7.申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年；

8.申請截止日期為2025年4月15日。

03、加盟后支持政策

l 提供學(xué)校事業(yè)編制，聘為教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

l 年收入80萬元+（基礎(chǔ)年收入+聘期人才津貼+附屬醫(yī)院互聘教授津貼），另可享受教學(xué)、科研獎勵性績效津貼（上不封頂）。

l 安家費(fèi)和購房補(bǔ)貼400萬元（免稅），包括學(xué)校一次性補(bǔ)貼及國家、省、市提供的一次性補(bǔ)貼。

l 科研啟動經(jīng)費(fèi)600萬元，包括學(xué)校一次性提供的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)及國家配套的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。

l 研究生招生指標(biāo)單列名額，博士后招收1-2人/年，可自主招收科研助理。

l 根據(jù)工作需要提供充足的辦公環(huán)境和實(shí)驗(yàn)場地。

l 免費(fèi)提供人才公寓住房。

l 協(xié)助解決子女入學(xué)和配偶工作，子女可就讀江蘇省優(yōu)質(zhì)幼兒園-南醫(yī)大附屬幼兒園。

l 享受學(xué)校附屬醫(yī)院提供的三級甲等醫(yī)院就醫(yī)綠色通道及全方位醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)。

l 發(fā)放“紫金山英才卡”，可享受機(jī)場高鐵貴賓、家政服務(wù)、地鐵通勤、文旅景點(diǎn)等公共服務(wù)。

l 對于依托我校申報(bào)且進(jìn)入會評階段的優(yōu)秀人才，可按照教授級別待遇優(yōu)先引進(jìn)，具體情況“一人一議”。

二、學(xué)校簡介Introduction to NMU

南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)是國家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校，首批教育部、國家衛(wèi)生健康委與江蘇省人民政府共建醫(yī)學(xué)院校，江蘇高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)高峰計(jì)劃A類建設(shè)高校。學(xué)校創(chuàng)建于1934年，目前設(shè)有19個(gè)學(xué)院，擁有附屬醫(yī)院、區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心、教學(xué)醫(yī)院、附屬疾控中心等豐富的臨床和公共衛(wèi)生教學(xué)資源。

Nanjing Medical University is one of the "Double First-class" universities in China.It is one of the first medical universities jointly built by the Ministry of Education, the National Health Commission and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.It is also one of the first-class universities in Jiangsu High-level University Construction Peak Plan.Founded in 1934, the university now has 19 schools, comprising abundant clinical and public health teaching resources such as affiliated hospitals, regional medical centers, teaching hospitals and affiliated Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

學(xué)校現(xiàn)有一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)7個(gè)、二級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)54個(gè)、交叉學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)6個(gè)、專業(yè)博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)6個(gè)；一級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)10個(gè)、二級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)65個(gè)；博士后科研流動站6個(gè)，學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)覆蓋醫(yī)學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)、管理學(xué)、法學(xué)、教育學(xué)和文學(xué)7個(gè)學(xué)科門類；擁有國家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科3個(gè)、國家重點(diǎn)（培育）學(xué)科1個(gè)、國家臨床重點(diǎn)�？�37個(gè)、江蘇高校優(yōu)勢學(xué)科（四期）6個(gè)。在新一輪全國學(xué)科評估中整體實(shí)力穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)。14個(gè)學(xué)科位列ESI全球排名前1%，其中，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、藥理學(xué)與毒理學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)與遺傳學(xué)學(xué)科位列ESI全球排名前1‰。

There are 7 doctor’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 54 doctor’s degree programs in second-level disciplines, 6 interdisciplinary doctoral programs, 6 professional doctoral programs; 10 master’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 65 master’s degree programs in second-level disciplines; There are 6 post-doctoral research stations, it offers degrees in 7 disciplines, including medicine, science, engineering, management, law, education and literature.The are 3 national key disciplines, 1 national key (nurturing) discipline, 37 national clinical key specialties, and 6 advantageous disciplines recognized among Jiangsu universities (fourth phase).In the latest round of national discipline evaluation, all the disciplines have steady progress.Fourteen disciplines are among the top 1% in ESI global ranking, among which clinical medicine, pharmacology and toxicology, Molecular Biology and Genetics are among the top 1‰ in ESI global ranking.

學(xué)校建有生殖醫(yī)學(xué)與子代健康全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、環(huán)境與人類健康國際聯(lián)合研究中心、腫瘤個(gè)體化醫(yī)學(xué)省部共建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心等50個(gè)國家級、省部級重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（工程研究中心、創(chuàng)新中心）。擁有國內(nèi)一流的醫(yī)學(xué)模擬教育中心和江蘇省醫(yī)藥動物實(shí)驗(yàn)基地，建有省內(nèi)唯一的省級衛(wèi)生政策智庫-江蘇省健康研究院。

The university has 50 national, provincial and ministerial key laboratories (engineering research center and innovation center) such as the State Key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine and Offspring Health, the International Joint Research Center for Environment and Human Health and the Provincial and Ministerial Collaborative Innovation Center for Personalized Cancer Medicine.There is a first-class Medical Simulation Center and Jiangsu Animal Experimental Center of Medical & Pharmaceutical Research.It also has the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Health, which is the only provincial health policy think tank in Jiangsu province.

學(xué)校建有江寧校區(qū)、五臺校區(qū)和常州校區(qū)（籌）。江寧校區(qū)位于南京市江寧區(qū)大學(xué)城，占地面積1300畝，是行政、教學(xué)和科研中心。五臺校區(qū)位于南京市鼓樓區(qū)五臺山南麓，占地120畝，是臨床教學(xué)和研究中心。

The university has Jiangning campus, Wutai Campus and Changzhou campus (preparatory).Jiangning Campus is located in University Town, Jiangning District, Nanjing, covering an area of 1300 mu, and is a comprehensive center of administration, teaching and research.Wutai Campus, located at the southern foot of Wutai Mountain, Gulou District, Nanjing, covers an area of 120 mu and is a clinical teaching and research center. 

常州校區(qū)由南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)與常州市人民政府共建，校址位于常州市武進(jìn)區(qū)西太湖蘇澳合作園區(qū)內(nèi)，規(guī)劃總占地1000畝。常州校區(qū)是南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)主體校區(qū)之一，實(shí)行與校本部一體化辦學(xué)模式，是學(xué)校深化“新醫(yī)科”復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng)和構(gòu)筑未來醫(yī)學(xué)科研高地的重要陣地。校區(qū)內(nèi)將建成醫(yī)工結(jié)合研究院、轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究院、細(xì)胞與基因藥物制備中心、醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)中心、臨床生物樣本庫中心、醫(yī)學(xué)研究公共服務(wù)平臺等高水平創(chuàng)新載體。

Changzhou campus is jointly built by Nanjing Medical University and Changzhou Municipal People's Government.The campus is located in the West the Taihu Lake Su'ao Cooperation Park, Wujin District, Changzhou City, with a planned total area of 1000 mu.Changzhou Campus is one of the main campuses of Nanjing Medical University, implementing an integrated education model with the main campus.It is an important battlefield for the school to deepen the cultivation of "new medicine" composite talents and build a future medical research highland. High level innovation carriers such as the Medical Engineering Integration Research Institute, Translational Medicine Research Institute, Cell and Gene Drug Preparation Center, Medical Big Data Center, Clinical Biological Sample Bank Center, and Medical Research Public Service Platform will be built on the campus.
